The Venue

The Show is in Downtown Sarasota at the Embassy Suites. The Grand Knive Adventure features some of the best slipjoint makers from both the US and abroad. It's a 6 hour event that includes top-notch food, drinks, door prizes, and lottos!

The Lodging

We have reserved a block of hotel rooms at the Embassy suites in downtown Sarastota for both attendees and makers. This keeps things easy and allows attendees and makers plenty of time to talk knives while minimizing horse and buggy time.

The Makers

We have the best lineup of makers you will see all year - gathered in one intimate location. From Tom Ploppert to Enrique Pena, we've got them all here. Come join us for the knives and the fun!

About the Show

The Grand Knife Adventure was started in 2024 by Mike Moran as a show that focused on a relaxed environment that allows makers and collectors to actually get to know each other. The first two editions were held in Arizona, and in 2026, we move to beautiful Sarasota, Florida!
